Community Trade
Community Trade accounts are for customers who are running a Fairtrade event or community store who want to purchase Bubble & Balm products in small quantities. Discounts are up to 30% off our retail prices, and the minimum order is just £25. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £2.99, and we aim to dispatch all orders within two working days (but please allow up to ten). Getting started with a Community Trade account is very straightforward...
Step One - Create An Account
The first thing you'll need to do is create an online account with us - simply click on the 'My Account' tab on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions provided. Not only will the online account give you access to community pricing, you can also track orders, print invoices and more.
Step Two - Upgrade Your Account
All customer accounts created online are initially set as 'individual' accounts. Once you've set up your account, send us an email at postbag@bubbleandbalm.co.uk to request an upgrade to a 'community' account, including a line or two about your business or community activity to help us confirm that you are a community trader. Once we've upgraded you, we'll let you know!
Step Three - Go Shopping
As soon as your community account is live, you can go ahead and place your first order. Everything works exactly the same as with normal online shopping (including payment by card when checking out) with one all-important difference - access to great discounts as compared with retail prices.
Orders between £25 and £49 - 20% off
Orders between £50 and £74 - 25% off
Orders of £75 or more - 30% off
Discounts will be automatically calculated and shown in the shopping basket summary - the important thing to remember is that you must be logged in to your account for the discounts to be applied.
