Orders, deliveries and returns
Orders
All prices include VAT at 17.5%.
You can pay for your goodies with your debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
At this time we are only able to accept orders from UK addresses, including Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
Postage & packing
Our postage and packing charges are remarkably simple....£2.99 per order, regardless of how many items are included in the order.
For orders under 1kg total weight your goodies will be sent by Royal Mail, with larger orders sent by courier. All deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are sent by Royal Mail, regardless of their size.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days, however please allow up to ten working days for delivery.
Cancelling your order
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at postbag@bubbleandbalm.co.uk as soon as you can. If your order has not been dispatched, we'll cancel it and give you a refund straight away. Once orders have been dispatched, you'll need to follow the directions for 'Returns' below.
Returns
We hope you'll be very happy with our products. However, you can return any product, for whatever reason, and we will replace or refund the item.
If you need to return a product because it is defective or damaged, because we've made a mistake, or in the unlikely event that it causes an adverse reaction, please email us at postbag@bubbleandbalm.co.uk to let us know as soon as you can, and within ten days of receiving your order. Once you've returned the item to us (address below), we'll either send you a replacement and refund your return costs, or refund the cost of the item together with original delivery and return costs, within fourteen days.
If you want to return a product for any other reason, please email us at postbag@bubbleandbalm.co.uk to tell us as soon as you can, and within ten days of receiving your order. Once you've returned the unused item to us (address below), we'll refund the cost of the item within fourteen days.
