We use your personal information to process your order(s) and to keep you informed about your order(s). We also use it to send you information about Bubble & Balm by email and / or electronic newsletter - but only if you have given us permission to do so (which you may revoke at any time).
We will only call you or post something to you if you ask us to or if we specifically need to talk to you about an order.
We do NOT share your information with anyone unless it is necessary for order fulfilment or for sending information you have agreed to receive. We NEVER 'rent out' customer lists for marketing purposes.
About your financial information
When you make a purchase on our website, your credit / debit card details are encrypted before being sent to our payment processor for authorisation. We do NOT store your credit / debit card details.
If you provide your credit / debit card details by phone or post, we will shred any paper records as soon as the transaction is complete, and these details will NOT be stored electronically.
